Cornerstone were appointed to undertake the role of Employer’s Agent with regards to the initial demolition, then overseeing the construction of seven industrial units, totalling 50,000 sq ft. through to completion.
The Role
Following the demolition and clearance of the site, works undertaken to progress with the construction of the units including the appointment of the Contractor, regular review of the works, overseeing progress, dealing with variations and payment requests.
Project Outcomes
Completion of new industrial units in an area lacking in new build industrial units.
