Director
Rob is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience working on a variety of commercial properties ranging from industrial, offices, retail, care homes, plus public and government buildings. Providing the full range of commercial building surveying services including Contract Administration and Employers Agent services on new build and refurbishment projects.
Mike Stubbles

Building Surveyor
Mike has undertaken a wide range of building surveying instructions including Contract Administration of small and medium sized projects, Dilapidations, Schedules of Condition and Party Wall for several commercial Clients.
Emma Jupp
BA (Hons) AssocRICS
Office Manager
Emma provides office support for the business and is responsible for overseeing finance, health, and safety, IT and training requirements. In addition, Emma also assists with project support on several instructions.
Jay Cole
Apprentice Surveyor
Jay joined the practice as an Apprentice whilst studying at the University of Portsmouth. Jay is currently supporting other Surveyors on a number of project and professional instructions.
