Schedules of Condition

Tenants taking a new lease on the building have a Schedule of Condition undertaken to limit the dilapidations costs they may incur at lease end.


Landlords and Tenants will require advice at end of a commercial lease in terms of Dilapidations and the actions that need to be undertaken.

Contract Admin

On building projects we can assist with the preparation of tender documents, appointment of Contractors and providing project support whilst works are on site.

Building Surveys

Pre-acquisition or in advance of a new lease of a commercial premises, we can provide advice on the condition and recommendations.

Party Wall

We are able to provide advice to Building and Adjoining Owners to meet the obligations of the Party Wall Act 1996.
