Project Monitoring
We act for banks or other funders and protect their interests by identifying and advising on risk associated with refurbishment or new build project, not directly under their control. Our involvement is split between an Initial Report with detail on the proposals before the project commences. Once the works start, we prepare Drawdown Reports through to the conclusion of the project.
Following an inspection of the site or property, we will review and comment on the following:
- Demolition and construction proposals
- Construction costs and financial proposals
- Statutory consents
- Competency of the developer and their design team
- Programme
- Building Contract and Warranties
- Progress of the works
- Programme review
- Review of the costs and expenditure
- Statutory Consents review
- Insurance provisions
