Instructed by V&F Sheetmetal, who were looking to make the long leasehold purchase of 13,000sq ft industrial unit as part of their move from a number of units in an adjacent site in Fareham and rationalise their property portfolio. Our report highlighted a number of areas of work that would need to have to be undertaken by the current landlord before the deal could proceed. This included the removal of fixtures and fittings, infilling of the floor and works to make good the roof following the removal of flues. As part of the report we also included a maintenance plan for a period of 10 years to assist the client with their ongoing works to be the property in good order.
