Founded by Rob Jupp in 2011, Cornerstone Building Surveyors is a Hampshire based Chartered Building Surveying practice, providing expert commercial property advice to both private and public sectors.
In 2025, Cornerstone incorporated BPS Cammes Ltd, broadening their reach and combining strengths to deliver high quality surveying services across a wider range of sectors. BPS Cammes, established in 2020 by Paul Bannon, built a strong reputation for specialist expertise in Party Wall matters.

Robert Jupp

Director
Rob provides the full range of commercial building surveying services including acting in Contract Administration and Employers Agent on new build and refurbishment projects. Mainly working on commercial properties ranging from industrial, offices, retail, care homes, plus public and government buildings. Rob also undertakes professional work including Dilapidations, Schedules of Condition, Building Surveys and Party Wall surveying.
Paul Bannon
Associate Director
Paul specialises in Party Wall matters but offers a variety of other Building Surveying services; including Technical Advisor, Condition Surveys (Pre-purchase, Planned Maintenance & Schedules of Condition) and Boundary Reports. Paul has a commercial background holding experience in design and compliance, EA & CA roles, and Project Management. He has a keen eye for inspection and likes to apply a pragmatic approach to most services.
Mike Stubbles

Building Surveyor
Mike undertakes a wide range of building surveying services including Contract Administration refurbishment projects on industrial, offices and retail properties. Other work on professional instructions includes Dilapidations, Schedules of Condition, Reinstatement Cost Assessments and Party Wall for various commercial and private Clients.
Emma Jupp

Office Manager
Emma heads up the office support team for the business and is responsible for overseeing all matters relating to finance, health, and safety, IT and training requirements. With a background in both the aviation and property sectors, Emma has vast experience in working in various businesses. In addition, Emma also assists with project support on several instructions to assist the Surveyors.
Sophie Lockwood

Assistant Office Manager
Sophie has been instrumental in various office activities and supports both the admin and surveying teams. Sophie has also led the total revamp of the company branding along with supporting the team with social media communications and other marketing activities.
Jay Cole
Apprentice Surveyor
Jay is an Apprentice with the company whilst studying at the University of Portsmouth for degree in Building Surveying. Jay is currently supporting other Surveyors on a variety of projects and professional instructions including refurbishment projects, Dilapidations, Schedules of Condition and Reinstatement Cost Assessments.
