Cornerstone were appointed to act on behalf of the tenant to review the dilapidations liability in advance of the end of the lease.
The Role
Having received the lease and associated documents, Cornerstone undertook an inspection of the property and prepared a report showing the extent of the works and the approximate cost that may need to be expended as part of the dilapidations process.
Project Outcomes
Following the receipt of the report, the Client was able to allow for budgeting the financial contribution that may need to be paid at the end of the lease. This allows the Tenant to be better prepared and advised on dilapidation in advance of expiry of the term.
