Brief
Cornerstone were appointed following the agreement of the dilapidations from the previous Tenant with regards to overseeing the division of the suite and undertaking refurbishment works.
The Role
In consultation with the Client, we negotiated with a single Contractor to undertake works to divide an existing unit, with the current Tenant staying in occupation in a reduced section. The works required discussions with both the Client and existing Contractor to access the necessary areas and undertake the works to prevent any major disturbance.
Once the division works had been undertaken, the full refurbishment of the suite being handed back was undertaken, in order for the Client’s requirements for it to be re-let.
Project Outcomes
The division of the unit meant that an existing Tenant could stay within the building and areas handed over were improved and ready for re-letting.
