Brief
We were instructed to act as Contract Administrators to oversee the refurbishment works to improve the general appearance of the suite.
The Role
Works included producing and issuing the Schedule of Works required to bring the suite back to its former condition required for letting to new tenants. The works were overseen by Cornerstone with regular site inspection reports to review progress and ensure the necessary quality and standards were met. Works were completed to the Clients programme and within budget.
Project Outcomes
The suite has been tidied up and is presentable for new tenants. There was minimum disturbance to the other Tenants in the vicinity of the works.
