Brief
Following agreement of the dilapidations claim with the outgoing tenants, we received instructions on the refurbishment of the Suite ready for re-letting and new tenants.
The Role
Preparation of the Landlord’s specification and Tender Documents for the project, including liaison with the Client to confirm finishes and extent of the works. Overseeing the tender process and appointment of the Contractor.
Within the contract phase, we oversaw the works and providing the Client with regular updates on costs and progress through to Practical Completion.
Project Outcomes
Refurbished Suite was then suitable for re-letting, and a new Tenant was quickly found.
