Brief
Acting as Contract Administrators regarding the external repair and refurbishment of the building and improve the overall appearance.
The Role
As part of the tender package compiled by Cornerstone, we liaised with the Client to establish the brief for the concrete repairs and redecoration works.
We devised and instigated the initial enabling package regards the concrete and render repairs works to the various areas of the building. This needed to be undertaken by a specialist sub-contractor in advance of the main redecoration works.
The brief also called for full external redecoration including windows and replacement of the front door.
It was important to the Client that the building remained fully operational, which we achieved throughout the project’s timescale.
Project Outcomes
Vastly improved appearance of the building better reflecting the professional nature of the Client’s business within.
