The Client sought to transform a former bank retail space into a contemporary retail and office environment, complete with client reception areas, meeting rooms and offices.
The Role
Acting as Contract Administrators involved working closely with the Client and Contractors, visiting site fortnightly for Site Inspections to ensure the project progressed, and was delivered on programme, meet financial budget and the required standard.
Project Outcomes
A vacant retail unit has been refurbished, emerging as an appealing retail and office space that reflects Eight Wealth Managements high standards and vision.
