Brief
Works included revitalizing a redundant Unit, transforming it into three separate spaces, each featuring a roller shutter door and warehouse space. The interior enhancements included the addition of new mezzanines, complete with WC facilities.
The Role
Collaborating closely with the client, Cornerstone produced a specification for the project. Oversaw the tender process and the appointment of the Contractor, regular inspections meant the progress of the works was closely tracked with site inspection reports through to completion.
Project Outcomes
The appearance and usability of the building has vastly improved, and in turn a redundant building has been let to multiple Tenants.
