Brief
The Tenant of Unit 7 was proposing to install a new mezzanine to increase storage space within the property, plus other associated works.
The Role
Our instruction was to review the proposals for the installation of a mezzanine at this property. The building was inspected before the works commenced to ensure this plan would be viable and to advise the client on any other information that may be included in the Licence to Alter.
Following completion, we revisited to ensure that the work had been undertaken in accordance with Tenants proposals.
Project Outcomes
The Landlord has a detailed record of the Tenants works being undertaken at the property, this assists with the reinstatement requirements and dilapidations discussions at the end of the lease term.
