Brief
We were instructed to prepare a Condition Surveys of the premises. The surveys were commissioned by the Client to ascertain the current condition of the premises. The report would then be used for issue to the Planning Authority to support an application to redevelop the site.
The Role
Having inspected thoroughly the four units we produced a detailed condition survey for each reporting on the general standard of the barns and their suitability and safety for use.
Project Outcomes
Following the issue of the reports on the condition of the premises, the client used these for planning purposes to support their application.
