Brief
We were instructed to act as Contract Administrator to oversee the refurbishment works to a suite following the settlement of a Dilapidations Claim with the previous Tenant.
The Role
Works included producing and issuing the Schedule of Works required to bring the suite back to its lettable condition required under the terms of the lease with the incoming Tenants. We were working to a strict budget for the project in line with the monies obtained from the previous dilapidations claim. The works were overseen by Cornerstone oversaw the works with weekly site inspection reports throughout the project through to Practical Completion and approval of the incoming Tenants in line with their Agreement to Lease.
Project Outcomes
Practical Completion was achieved on schedule, project signed off and incoming Tenants could undertake their fit-out works.
