Cornerstone Building Surveyors
Founded in 2011, Cornerstone Building Surveyors is a Hampshire based Chartered Building Surveying practice, dedicated to providing both corporate and private clients with commercial and residential property services.
We’re dedicated to providing you with professional advice in a sensible, realistic and pragmatic way. Managing projects and building work can be disruptive and time consuming for you. Our aim is to help make it easier and simpler for you by providing our clients with a service that is professional, yet friendly and informative. We won’t bog you down with detail or technical jargon and we pride ourselves on offering a proper level of service – without the traditionally-associated large costs.

Robert Jupp BSc (Hons) Msc MRICS
Director
Robert is a Chartered Building Surveyor with extensive experience in the commercial property sector, follow spells with a number of national property consultants. He also has MSc in Project Management in Construction from Nottingham Trent University.
Alex Scott BEng (Hons)
Building Surveyor
Following service in the Royal Navy in Diving and Bomb Disposal, Alex formed Cornerstone Building Surveys with Robert and is currently undertaking an MSc in Building Surveying. In addition Alex is working towards his MRICS qualification.
Emma Jupp BA (Hons) AssocRICS
Office Manager
Emma has previously worked as a Project Manager within the aircraft and construction industry and oversees the running of the office on a daily basis.
Mike Stubbles
Assistant Building Surveyor
Mike is currently undertaking a distance learning BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying at the College of Estate Management in Reading, and supports the other Surveyors on various projects and instructions.
