Following the settlement of the dilapidations with the outgoing Tenants, the Landlord Anarchy Hour instructed us to undertake a full refurbishment of the 4 storey Grade 2 Listed Building in Bristol for conversion for use as Serviced Offices.
Works included the replacement of the boiler, additional insulation to the roof void and more efficient light fittings, plus the replacement of carpets, full redecoration throughout and upgrade of the panelled timber office doors to 30 minutes fire resistance. Discussions were held with both the Local Authority Fire Officer and Conservation Officer on the extent of the works and the necessary approval achieved.
